Whenever you open camera in samsung mobile and if it says"camera failed" then do one simple thing:-
There is no need to clear cache or factory reset your phone.
Simply take out the battery of the phone without switching it off and wait for five minutes.Put the battery and switch it on..........now you are done....your camera will work now.
